For the first time ever, MLC will be hosting a Charity fun day on 25th June at the Waterside Bar & Kitchen, in West Bridgford.

The event will be held to raise awareness of MS, and in particular support and fundraise for a friend of MLC, Alice, who was diagnosed with a debilitating form of MS at the age of just 15.

The day will be filled with music (as you’d expect) with some of our more mature performers getting up on stage. And, if you’re lucky you might even get to see your teachers rock out. As well as other great activities, food and drink for family and friends.

We are delighted to formally announce this year’s MLC Summer concert date as 16th July. Here at the MLC we believe that performing live at one of our twice-yearly concerts is a great way for our students to showcase the work that they have been working so hard on in lessons each week.

As usual, we will hold two concerts at Metronome for our younger and older performers. This time we are also looking to hold a 3rd concert in a recital format for our classical piano and musical theatre vocalists as well

Your teachers will be chatting to you about getting involved and we will be scheduling rehearsals for June.
