Section C | Coursework Task

All capable music producers will be able to demonstrate some core technical skills.

At Level/Grade 2 the Technical Skills will centre around MIDI programming using software instruments and basic mixing techniques on a digital audio workstation (DAW). The Coursework Task will require candidates to rearrange provided audio and MIDI loops.

Candidates must complete the Coursework Task before their exam and will be asked to upload the Task and screenshots during their exam.
